Here are answers to common questions and queries we receive.

What payment cards do you accept?

Lifestylish.com accepts all major credit and debit cards, incuding Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB.  Paypal is also now accepted.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of you placing your order.  Standard delivery takes 3-4 working days, express delivery 1-2 working days and our next day delivery option will have your items to you by the next working day - see our delivery page for full details.

The posties do an amazing job in all weathers but sometimes items can go astray or be kept at your local delivery office, so please allow up to 7 days and give your local delivery office a call just to make sure.  In the unlikely event, you're still waiting, please get in touch and we'll help you out best we can.

Can I check the status of my order?

If you have an account with us, it's as easy as 1-2-3!  Simply login to your account and details of your latest order will be shown.

I have an account with you, but can't seem to log in?

You've probably forgotten your password - no probs, don't we all?  To get a reminder of your password, drop your email (the one you used to register) in the Forgot Password page and click 'Submit'.
